About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with a strong focus on business development to join our Title and Escrow Department at Niksi Title.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by actively seeking out and securing new business opportunities for our title and escrow services. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and expanding existing client relationships. Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to drive revenue growth and expand the client base for our title and escrow services.
Identify, target, and prospect potential clients in the real estate industry, including real estate agents, lenders, developers, attorneys, and other key stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the title and escrow industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and acting as a trusted advisor.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as escrow officers, title examiners, and underwriters, to ensure smooth transaction processing and client satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to showcase the value and benefits of our title and escrow services.
Negotiate and close deals, adhering to company pricing and profitability guidelines.
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, market conditions, and emerging trends in the title and escrow space.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and expand professional networks.
Track sales activities, manage pipelines, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports using CRM software.
Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the title and escrow industry or related field.
Deep understanding of the title and escrow process, including title searches, title insurance, closing procedures, and escrow accounts.
Strong business acumen with the ability to identify client needs, develop tailored solutions, and negotiate effectively.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and generate reports.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and conferences as required.
