2005
The idea is born
Sina had the idea to create a construction company that is dedicated to helping every person possible renovating and remodeling their spaces. A company that gives honest pricing, realistic completion timelines, and creates a seamless and simple experience for every client, every time
2006-2012
Sina begins building an outstanding team of construction employees. He spends the next 6 years working creating beautiful spaces, while spending equally as much time as a well known local realtor. From brand new houses, to fixer-uppers, Sina helped new and experienced home buyers find or build the space of their dreams.

Feb 2013
The year of Expansion:
Sina decides here that it's time he brings another extraordinary individual on to help him run the business. The business is now being run by Sina, and his ever so talented wife, Nina as well.
Nina graduated from ASU with a degree in Architecture. Sina knew that her eye for beauty and detail would be a great component for the business to grow and remain successful.

Why stop at just One?
This is the thought that rushed through Sina's mind as he created the idea to have a business with a multitude of companies that all have similar goals: to help people navigate through various real estate endeavors.
In May of 2013, Sina hung his real estate license at his own company: Niksi Realty was born. Quickly the couple worked together and had a team of over 20 agents within their first 6 months as a real estate agency.

October 2018
Sina receives his license to officially become a mortgage broker. At this point he realizes that his goal is so much bigger than just running the current business. He realizes that in order to create the best experience possible, having everything under one roof must be a priority.
Thus, Niksi Funding is created. With the creation of Niksi Funding, Sina was able to help clients not only buy the house of their dreams, but receive the right loan for it as well.
Feb 2022
After having several agents frustrated with the struggle to find the right transaction coordinator, Nina and Sina decided it was time to open a Title Agency. This gave agents the ability to deal with all real estate transactions in-house, and no longer stress about spending hours searching for a company that MIGHT do it right.

Niksi Architecture is created.
The final piece of the puzzle has been brought to life by Nina and Sina. Nina graduated from ASU with a degree in Architecture. She quickly realized the impact she could have if she created her own Architecture firm. Without hesitation, the couple decided to bring this idea to life.
