The Beginning
Sina begins building an outstanding team of construction employees while simultaneously working as a local realtor, assisting both new and experienced homebuyers with property acquisition and construction projects.
2010s
NIKSI Realty Launch
Recognizing business expansion potential, Sina established NIKSI Realty. The agency grew rapidly to over 20 agents within their first six months of operation.
2014
NIKSI Funding
Sina obtained his mortgage broker license, leading to the creation of NIKSI Funding. This enabled clients to purchase properties and secure financing under one organization.
2018
Title Agency Addition
Responding to coordination challenges, the company launched a Title Agency. This in-house solution reduced external dependencies and streamlined transactions.
2021-2022
Architecture Department
The company established an in-house architecture division to improve design flexibility and quality control for luxury residential development.
